Nyubo Abe
He was born in Niigata in 1982. He graduated from Kanazawa College of Art with a bachelor in sculpture in 2007
Since 2000 he has made a lot of wood sculptures. He has deep connection with Haisyakkei, Toride since the space started.
He has participated in exhibitions including “Haisyakkei/Making smoke for nothing ” (Haisyakkei, Toride, 2014), “International exchange Sculpture Exhibition 2013” (Sanyi wood sculpture museum, Taiwan, 2013), “Self-portrait sculpture : metamorphosis animal” (Tokyo Wonder site Hongo, Tokyo, 2011), “FLY FORMOSA” (Taipei Artist Village / Taishin Bank, Taiwan, 2009) and “Dis-Communication” (Sungkuk Art Museum, Seoul, 2007).
